How do I pay for my insurance coverage?
Your plan gives you a full year’s coverage, billed monthly to your nominated RCBC credit card to make it easier on your budget. No separate payment needed.
When does my coverage start, and how will I know I'm covered?
Coverage starts on the same day you successfully enroll by phone, and once your first premium is charged to your credit card. You will receive a Confirmation of Cover via email within 10 working days.
Do I need a medical exam to get covered?
No medical exam required. You’ll just need to answer a few, quick questions over the phone to qualify.
How can I claim my insurance benefits?

How long does it take to process a claim?
For hospitalization, it takes about 8 working days once we receive complete documents. For death claims, please allow around 20 working days.
How will I receive my claim payment?
Approved claims are paid via bank transfer to your nominated account.
