Since 1999, YGC Corporate Services, Inc. (YGC CSI) has been a trusted partner within the Yuchengco Group of Companies (YGC), strengthening its connections and creating opportunities to best serve its clients.
Recognizing the power of collaboration, YGC CSI launched Network Plus in 2000—empowering YGC employees to connect clients to solutions across the Group. Soon after, it introduced Hexagon Financials, giving insurance agents the tools to better serve customers with a wider range of products that fit their needs.
As the landscape evolved, YGC CSI transformed these efforts, pioneering one of the industry’s earliest Bancassurance programs. This later expanded through YDirect, a direct and telemarketing channel that brought services closer to customers wherever they were. And with the YGC Business Center, YGC CSI opened the first retail hub capable of offering the Group’s complete range of financial products and services under one roof.
In 2019, YGC CSI embraced digital innovation to make customer journeys more seamless and personalized. Through AI and life-stage profiling, we tailored communications to real needs, while services like the Claims Status Messaging Service gave clients peace of mind with real-time updates. From onboarding to claims, our goal has always been to deliver clarity, transparency, and care.
