File your policy service change via Email
Follow the instructions below.
Step 1.
- Download and fill out the Policy Alteration Form (fill out the Change of Payment Frequency Section);
Step 2.
- Send the documents to ygccustomerservice@ygc.com.ph.
- Use the following format for the email subject:
- Policy Number | Name | Policy Type | Service Support Type
- Ex. 1233456 | Jason Dela Cruz | My Family Shield | Update Address or Personal Details
- Policy Number | Name | Policy Type | Service Support Type
